Terms of Service

Payment / Price

• All payments are made upfront through PayPal invoice.
• Complex details (heavily detailed characters, complex armor, etc.), lack of proper references, or multiple change requests are fine, but may be charged extra.

Process

• Commissions are completed on a queue basis, with turnarounds usually being within 2–3 months from payment. My queue is kept private, but you can ask for updates.
• Commissioners will be sent Work In Progress (WIP) images and are free to ask for tweaks, fixes, and minor changes. Once approved, I will complete the final product.

Refunds

• Commissions are non-refundable once started.
• Exceptions are if I cannot complete a commission anytime throughout the process and must cancel it. In the unlikely event that this happens, I'll compensate you with a refund based on the progress made (e.g. linework phase will get a 50% refund, and so on).

AI‑Generated Images

• I am fine with the client providing AI-generated pictures as reference, but they must disclose that the image is AI-generated.
• I do not consent to my art being used for AI generation training.

Other

• You are required to be 18+ to receive commissions from me.
• Harassment, vulgarity, and haggling will not be tolerated; your commission will be canceled or rejected if you engage in such.
• If you don't own the character you want to commission, get permission for their inclusion first if possible.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission.
